How do I Place an order?
Please contact me via any of Luso's social media pages or by email if preferred. Links can be found under 'Contact' on the main menu or any of the links found at the bottom of each web page.
What is your turn around time?
I aim to dispatch your ginger(s) within 7 working days, postage should then take a further 3 working days. However, as postage times frames are a guide and not a guarantee unfortunately this is out of my hands.
I need my items by a certain date
If you need an order by a certain date, please message me prior to ordering, especially during my busiest times (Christmas/Easter etc) I do try to be accommodating to personal circumstances but I may need to expedite postage at extra cost to you, the buyer.
Do You combine postage costs?
Standard postage cost covers 1-5 Gingers or 1 large item ( Bunting etc) Please message me if a bulk order postage price is required so that I can give you a more accurate figure, I am always happy to help
I don't see the ginger design I'm looking for ?
Please do message me via any of the links found at the bottom of each page If You don't see the design you require. I have over 850 designs so its not possible to display them all but I will be able to let you know if I have what you are looking for and also let you know if the design you have in mind allows space for personalisation.
can your products be personalised ?
This is possible but unfortunately, due to the size and detail on most of the gingers personalisation is not always an option. However, Please do message me via any of the links found at the bottom of each page, I will be happy to let you know if the design you have in mind allows space for personalisation.
