Postage & Packing 

Your Items will be sent to you via royal mail  2nd class standard but can be expedited to 1st class on request. Please tell me your preferred method when ordering.

Please note that both options cover the postal cost for 1-5 gingers of any design ( excludes larger items such as bunting etc)

2nd class standard P&P =£2.00

1st class standard   P&P =£2.75

Please contact me prior to ordering if you are wishing to place a bulk order so that I can give you a more accurate price.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any personalised item unless the item is faulty, please contact me if you have a problem with your order. I cannot accept responsibility for names spelt incorrectly at time of ordering and will not refund any personalised items if the buyer is at fault. Where a refund has been offered the buyer will need to return the item to me  within 30 days of purchase,  before any refund will be issued
